When will I receive my order?
This product ships from the USA. Please allow Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing. Estimated shipping times typically run between 5 and 7 days. However, delivery dates may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. We will let you know if there are any shipping issues.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. We want happy customers! But please read our policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you need to return the item to us due to our mistake, please contact us so we can send you a return label to get the product back to us.

If you accept my return, how long do I wait to get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (but typically the same day). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
