Yes, we do. We want happy customers! But please read our policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs.  Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.  If you need to return the item to us due to our mistake, please contact us so we can send you a return label to get the product back to us.

Food cannot be returned.  We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.  If you have questions about any of these items, please contact us.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (but typically the same day). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sunshinepreppers.com.
